It cant be better said than that!!!!

The ONLY ones taking a hit here are the for hire rec fishing guys.

Patrol and enforce all the coastline? GTFOH. Aint happening. Y'all cant keep a single pier in the Raritan Bay clean let alone an entite state.

Make whatever rules ya want. Blatantly obvious the only ones it hurts is the for hire industry.
