Default Re: Grass shrimp!

Not a popular technique in Raritan Bay but in Barnegat Bay chumming with grass shrimp has always been a great light tackle technique for both weakfish & fluke.

Also use this technique on the ocean side side of the north jetty of Barnegat Inlet for schoolie (& occasional small sized keepers) stripers and blackfish.

I’ve found many mantis shrimp upon cleaning both fluke & stripers caught in Raritan Bay.
