11/25/26 Awesome day on the striper grounds with our annual wall high school fishing club charter. Bad day to be a bunker. Started the morning with some bites in the bait pods with some keepers and overs in the mix. Got word of a big area of fish and took a ride. Picked away to start on jigs,Shad’s and spoons. Mid morning it broke wide open with incredible readings, acres of fish crashing the surface blowing the bunkers out of the water and it was game on. With bites on Shad’s, Topwater doc plugs, poppers and live baits. Today’s crew made short work of a boat limit of slot fish and releasing a load more with some jumbos in the mix.
