Go the 5200 route and I think you'll be happy. Definitely won't be too flexible. It will se up solid. I've set bilge pumps up in place years ago with the stuff and they are rock solid. I'm sure others can attest to it's holding abilities. As far as the long cure times, for me it hasn't been temp sensitive. Takes a solid 5-7 days regardless of temp or humidity.
