Oh Yeah! Awesome meal from the past...... Made this tonight for the family.

Makes 3 plates!


2lbs Salt cod

1 bunch Brocolli Rabe

3 Cloves Garlic chopped

5 Red Potatoes

1/4 Olive Oil

1/4 Red wine Vinegar

1. Soak Salt cod for 2 days in fresh water , changing water every 6 hours or so
2. Simmer salt cod and potatoes in water slowly for 20 minutes.
3. Steam Brocolli rabe in microwave till soft
4. Place chopped garlic on a plate
5. Drizzle Virgin olive oil and Red Wine Vinegar on plate
6. Place Cod Potatoes and brocolli rabe on plate
