Not Buffalo Wings, but good wings nonetheless:
Cut up wings and place in large bowl.
Add salt and black pepper to taste
Add 1 cup chopped garlic and mix thoroughly. Cover bowl and let the wings sit in the fridge for a few hours.
Place wings on skewers (soaked in water) then onto the grill at its lowest setting. Baste wings with honey every 10 minutes or so, cook until done (on my grill its usually about an hour) Good Stuff!
