This is how I do it. First I coat (dust) Wingettes with flour. Just put about 3 spoons of flour in a plastic bag add wings and shake. Bang the wings together over the sink to remove the excess flour. Place on a roasting rack skin side up. I use a oil sprayer (Misto) to lightly apply olive oil to the wings. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes. Turn wings over a bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes more of until they look crispy.
Toss in your favorite hot sauce and eat.
I like Crystal hot sauce with a dash of Cumin and garlic powder added to about 3-4 tablespoons of butter melted in a pan sitting on the stove while the wings cook.
Don't forget the celery and blue cheese!
