He is constantly asked to drag in areas they Know they will not get what they require .

Capt. Dan, I agree with you. I saw a chart of the drag lines that they use . It's my under standing that they use the same lines every year. What happens when there's water temperature differences year to year? Fish move, currents change. Its like it's programmed to fail. No matter how hard they try they will fail if they are in the wrong place.
I always thought that what they told us is voodoo science.
