Mercury 115 4 stroke EFI 2018
The problem is : the outboard is running 1000 rpms higher than usual but going 10mph slower. It is not the prop . This issue just started two trips ago. Thought it was a spun hub on the prop, Wrong swapped out the prop and the same results today, high rpms and slower speed with a 1.5 gph drop in fuel efficiency . Any thoughts would be very much appreciated
