8/14/25 Beautiful day on the fluke grounds today. Lots of life today. loads of shorts right out the gate this morning as fast as you could pull em but didn’t see the quality. Took a steam and picked at some better quality with good short life. Slowed down a bit mid day picking a few. Life came on to end the day with loads of shorts and a couple nice shots of keepers. Lots of limits around the boat with some others just shy. Eddie took the pool with a 7lber. We are chartered tomorow back to open boat Saturday sailing 6am stay tuned.
