NOT the Capt. but being on the water yesterday for Fluke and Triggers my guess as we passed some schools of blues and birds is that the schools are moving fast and not really concentrated from top to bottom so hard to stay on them for any boat let alone a party boat. Run and Gun / Get a couple each pass and then they are gone or somewhere else. Amount of triggers in NJ inshore grounds are plentiful and aggressive
