Fishing 🎣 in Hurricane Helene
Went carping in 72 degrees Colonial Lake this evening in the rain 🌧️ during a nor’easter. Nobody was fishing. Aerators were still running. Wore my new Froggs Toggs rain jacket 🧥. Threw out corn 🌽 for chum, then caught and released 3 bluegills, a golden shiner and a 13.5” brown bullhead with canned whole kernel corn 🌽 bait. Caught the catfish on my last cast of the night. It swallowed two hooks.
