Today we had our annual Buildings & Grounds Charter for Anthony Amiano & crew......
Sadly after 19 years in a row with us, Anthony couldn't make the trip due to Surgery he had last week. Broke my heart to see him wave goodbye when we sailed. Even the Music wasn't the same without him...
Made our way to where the day would begin to find a roll & fast current....We put the lead on, gave instructions and winged it from there. Tough group as always making the best of the conditions.
Had good short action, found a few keepers and even anchored up to catch some Sea Bass, Ling and a couple Fluke on the anchor. Did what we had to do to get it done! Pool fish made 4 pounds and the Ladies out-fished the men today.
Weather looks great the next several days, change in the wind direction I'm praying will bring on the bite we've all been waiting for!!! Back at it in the AM to give it hell....
Sailing Everyday 7:30am-2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rentals $10.
