That size makes amazing large fluke bait. Even if you freeze them, thaw them out, and hook them up the right way on a 2 hook rig to prevent spinning. Put your grandson to work and thank him by taking him out for the fluke.

Right now just doing C&R. Catch a few before and after work as well as when my 4 year old grandson comes over.
I have a small potable live well and next time I go fluking I plan on getting my 3 bluefish/snapper limit and using them for bait. I'm not big on freezing them.
