141 yellow perch getting ready to spawn this time of year. Both anglers should receive steep penalties and a lifetime ban of fishing privileges in New Jersey. There's no excuse for keeping that many fish and until these SOB's feel the pain, the smaller minority of *******s who were brought up wrong will ruin it for everyone else.
