Fished the grand slam with my main man Fasty. I started solo Friday night looking for a good hybrid but nothing big enough to show for it. Worked the place back and forth and all over Saturday put in over 12 hrs of fishing but still couldn’t find a good one plenty of fish but nothin over 24”. Sunday we switched gears in hopes to find a good rainbow brown or laker. Fished the valley with the 16 rod spread caught over 25 rainbows and a decent laker or two but still nothing worthy. Always a blast fishing these tournaments putting in everything ya got! Congrats to all the winners!
This past weekend had some guide trips to do. Saturday little got his first couple hybrids under his belt just in time before he headed to boy scout summer camp. Sunday we had over a dozen nice hybrids one that would have won last week 🙈 a nice smallie in the mix too. Finishing up my last couple summer hybrid trips up in the next couple weeks.
