Default Fishing 🎣 in 89 degrees water

After only catching one bluegill in Colonial Lake yesterday and 4 bluegills and 4 turtles 🐢 in Carnegie Lake two days ago, I went to flooded, muddy, 89 degrees Robert G Martin Lake this afternoon on a hot, humid, sunny day with a strong south wind. Threw out a can of corn 🌽 for chum, then caught a brown bullhead that had all 3 of my hooks in its mouth and gullet. Then a 3.5 lb common carp picked up my Bowl and Basket whole kernel corn, hooked itself, swam away and pulled my rod into the lake. Next I caught brown bullheads on two rods simultaneously. Thereafter I only used one rod. Landed 10 brown bullheads, a bluegill, a redeared slider and a carp. Tony X from China took one of the bullheads. I gave 3 bullheads and the carp to the Ukrainian National Home. Caught my 2,100th NJ freshwater fish 🐟 for this year. Landed 72 turtles 🐢 this year.
