January 8 leftovers :)
Took the leftover minnies back over the ben Franklin today. Got to the pond & realized only had 6 left! Well being the classy lady that I am I allowed Devondra to use them. The slimy strigoi were absolutely ravenous. They were biting through 15lb leader like a hot knife through butter. Went through a pack & a half of offset hooks but watching those strikes is all that matters. Dunno how many we hooked & landed but it was a ravenous bite. Devon also lost her outside of Florida PB bass today but won species war with bass, pickerel & a lone crappie. Gotta love warm January sorry to all you Icehole
