Thumbs up South branch float 7/15/21:
Mostly just a recon trip getting re-acquainted with my old haunts. Tough fishing in 90* heat and blazing sun so just took it easy today, no rods.
Floated from Rockafellows dam to the confluence with good friend of mine named Joe. Didn't see any big smallmouth today, mostly just carp and lots of eagles. Hopefully the Central Jersey Stream Team clean up goes off without any snags on Saturday the 17th.
Special shout out to Uncle Ken letting me store my canoe at his digs while I get settled into my new ones.
