Sad people / businesses would throw tires in a river. Really is unconscionable to most. Andy a question for you. It's my understanding every tire has what's called a TIN on it "Tire Identification Number" which has the date of manufacture and the plant code. When these tires are removed, is it possible for law enforcement to track those codes and find out who the tires were ultimately sold to? Possibly track it back to a business or individual who is responsible and start handing out some large fines. Would be great to address the problem at the source and start punishing the people responsible.
