I get the day off for election day and always try to fish it. The wind forecast ruled out anything in the salt so I decided to sleep in and see what the morning had in store. Took a ride to Monksville around 10am and launched in white cap gusts. Did some searching around and found a spot where I could set up and cast down wind to the rocks and found em! Ended up with 6 eyes to 22" and lost just as many. A lot of short strikes. Had the whole place to myself all day.
