Default FISHERMEN/Wednesdays Report

FISHERMEN/Wednesdays Report

Been tied up the past couple of days due to lack of participation. Made it out today with Fog and a swell all day.

Bounced around a couple area's and found the Horn Dogs in a few of them.

Ended up Slugging away at some Black-fish for those who fished for them. Only had a couple nice big Porgies, a few Sea Bass with the tiny ones mixed in. Overall the fishing has been pretty crappy since the last blow.

I know everyone is chomping at the bit for Striped bass, when it's ready will we change it up. Right now the Statue thing is not in my game plan. Fish have showed out to the East it's still just a little to far though. Like I say every year, Patience!!!

There's plenty of bait around, on the way in today we had several area's of Bunker blowing up including the Bay, with nothing in them! A good cold snap with some NW and things should get going.

Back at it tomorrow.

Capt. Ron
