Well the original plans was to head north this weekend with eddie but the mrs had other plans for me this weekend.... once in a while I let her win. Got done with the honey do stuff Saturday and hitched the mamba up and headed west. Got to the ramp and had about two hours to fish before dark. Ended up with 2 small eyeballs. Few fish around and dropped a good one on the way up but that was it. Sunday I knew it was gonna be crappy out but I wasn’t going to sit home and watch hallmark Christmas movies with the mrs all day! No sir! Not this guy!!!! Headed west again to the mighty peaquest in the pouring rain. Suited up and ended up going 4/8 on rainbows had a few swipe and miss along the way too. I was able to stick it out until 12:15 then the river turned and went to crap.
