Agree with Bob here, they are mixed in with the bonito and that action is 20 miles out however there have been a few caught inshore but that is just luck. If you want to target them inshore you probably have to troll. We had shots of them in the 80's and 90's and 2000's on the 7 mile "inshore lumps" so they have been here before and very happy to see them again. Good luck
