Navesink Fluke Monday 7/8
2 guys in a 16-ft, 8-hp, rental skiff. Foul-weather gear kept us comfortable during the showers. 48 shorts and 1 keeper, mostly caught bucktailing w/ Gulp. A few on a Clouser teaser w/o Gulp. Better action at the start on the last of the outgoing tide, and again later in the day on the last of the incoming tide. Light tackle, light jigheads, no bait, only Gulp.
