[Brewlugger]

With the water warming up I decided to leave the trout alone till it cools down this fall. I hit up the Bunker Hill area this morning looking for Pike and Smallmouth. I started with a topwater and worked my way downriver, with no results. I then tied on a spinnerbait and worked my way back up and got 2 very small bass before I left. The river was still pretty high and access was very limited, so I didn't stay long. This area has been better for me in low water conditions and its pretty good for Bass but really doesn't hold alot of Pike. It was good to get out again and alot has changed since I last explored there.
