[Ice Cream Bill]

I’ll be going to Israel next April to see some family and friends. I’ve tried my last few visits to find a small charter boat in the Tel Aviv area. Only thing I’ve noticed is guys fishing along the harbor walls with long, skinny fishing rods (12-15 feet long). Wish I could direct you to someone, but I hope to finally do some fishing there next year and will post a report.
