Sure, signs could be improved. But does it mean it'll improve some of the problems?
I think the purpose of signage like this is just to raise awareness to people taking a hike and saying "hey look there IS fish in here, I should fish it next time"
A big picture of a bass and a short message of "yes, there's fish in here" is all that is needed to convey this.
Any angler that cares to follow the rules will do more research rather than just look at a sign.
I don't see how detailed signage will improve much. When does it ever.
