We ate those perch on the stringer, and they were very tasty. Saved the cat and pickerel for the next day but my mom and her bf ended up cooking them up. Those were all from a small pond in PA that I fish every time i go up to visit.
I have yet to ice fish, but I think this might be the year for me to give it a shot. I fish all year round though, if there's an open patch of water on my go-to lakes/ponds i'll throw a line in. Thank you for the welcome!
