Proper torque is typically side to side and goes away at higher speeds.

Your boat lists ONLY lists when moving is caused by more drag on one side. Else it should list at 0 knots too.

So its you flow past hull that is making the boat lean to one side.

With an outboard or a stern drive just use trim tabs for right left balance. NOT boat trim. They work by creating fuel draining drag.

And I think on your list, the trim tabs I would look for as the culprit for it even happening.
