Renting small boats on Lake George is pretty much a thing of the past..Probably be easier to find a motel or cabin complex that offers free row boats..But be alert this lake is huge with strong winds and lots of careless big boat operators..Especially during summer months..Good luck..BTW if you don't mind spending 400 or more dollars a charter there might be worth your while. Also check out evening bass charters for a few hours usually about 2 hours..Worth every penny..
