SEA BASS, they just approved a 5 SB limit in state waters from Nov1 to Dec 31 for Mass to NJ. I believe we are bound to this b/c we catch in Federal but pass thru State waters... THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Only NJ and NY opposed...SMH:m ad:
