It's good stuff. Only apply to your clothing. The great thing about it is that it is not ony a repellent, it is an insecticide. Ticks that do jump on will die. That gives me a certain sense of satisfaction while hiking with Permethrin treated clothes. Come on you little bastards, go for me!

Also be very careful if you have cats. In its wet form it is highly toxic to cats. Once it dries it is safe. If you treat your clothing and gear, be sure to hang it to dry somewhere that your cats won't come in contact with it.
