The JX 6/3 G2 will fulfill all your striper needs. Capacity is a bit small for offshore trolling, but if you're into party boat tuna fishing, it will work for both chunking and jigging, as you can put 400 yards of 65lb braid on and still have room for a 100 yard mono topshot. You'll be good for pretty much any yellowfin or longfin, but it would be possible to get spooled by a large bigeye.

As I stated before, all things being equal, I prefer the narrower spools, I find you get a lot less torque on the rod (turning on the long access from the force of turning the handle) and line management on the spool is easier.
