I fished on the Mission Belle at the Point Loma Fishing Basin. It's a small head boat with a top notch captain. Fairly priced. When I fished with them his mate was from N.J. He told me I had chosen the best boat in the area. We sailed and fished in Mexican waters. I had a very pleasant and interesting day using live pilchards (?) for bait. Check out their website.
