oh. well if it's a completely new lake i'll think of the most similar one i've fished at that time of the season and start with those same lures and probably use it for a few spots maybe 30 minutes to an hour. if i am marking fish that i believe are my target i'll stay in that spot and try different lures until i don't mark them anymore. I'll try at least 3-5 lures before i move on in that case. If i'm not marking anything or it's a shallow spot i'll make 2-3 passes with 1-2 lures and move on
