For around 100-150bucks you can pick up a Penn 113H or 114H and will serve you just fine. Or for under 300 get an Avet HX 5/2 which would be perfect for that rod.

the Daiwa is on par with a Penn 30vsx, slightly lighter, same capacity and drag specs. advantage over a 113/114h is that it's a 2 speed.
