Default Bass under the sun

Despite the bright sun and high pressure, I just had to scratch the itch in the afternoon. I threw on my sun-shade clothes and hit the pond with a bag full of finesse baits. After trying some new stuff, I found out the fish wanted the old Billy Baroo, a texas-rigged senko. I caught about a dozen up to 2+ pounds before leaving at dinner time. It's good to know that there are options for those of us who don't enjoy getting up before dawn, for any reason.
