Hey Ken, Check out the Shimano Trevela. The 6'6" MH. It's very versatile and you can find them for around $100. It will handle anything from Bucktailing/ dragging bait for fluke and seabass to jigging/chunking striped bass. That's the rod I was using on Mikey's boat that day.
