Default Fluke, Seabass, jigging rod question.

Looking to pick up an "economically priced" conventional rod for jigging. I'm a freshwater guy primarily but get out a couple of times a year for Seabass or fluke so not looking to break the bank. Been using my fresh water stuff but it gets to be a bit of a pain with the heavier weight. Looked at a Tsunami Sapphire XT Pro 6'3" jigging rod $59, and Ugly Stick Tiger Lite Jigging rod $69 both rated for 1-4 oz. Haven't done much research yet so figured I'd see what the experts on here think...are these fine, one over the other, something out there that is better, do I need to spend a little more?

Thanks in advance for the help.
