Well myself, Jigman, Bigboy and njflyfisher set up on the grounds! Lots of traffic, bathers and swimmers out and about on the river last night! Was there action? Yes? Njflyfisher got his first ever Flatty around 5 lbs! Congrats bro! Welcome to the River Monster network, although there were no MONSTERS caught last night!
I had great action last night getting 8 run offs in about 3 hours! Ahhhhhhhh, not so fast, FAST! I went 2-8 on these damn Flatties last night only landing 2 pinners! Landed 1 5 lber and 1 7 lber! They were running with the baits really good last night! Line was disappearing off the spools quickly! Good aggressive bites but they just wouldn't inhale my lucky baits! I don't get it sometimes! This rod was going off, that rod was going off but the hook up ratio was slim! I guess that's the way it goes sometimes! At least we know they're in the area waiting for our offerings next time!
