FYI, while fish can survive with one eye, it makes hunting much more difficult.

Btw, you know what else makes good perch bait? Worms, flatheads, shiners. If you can't catch perch on those baits, perhaps you should quit. And if your ripping out one eye and releasing the fish, that wouldn't be a bad thing.
Ahhhhhh nah...... I`m sure he just bein` a smart-ass.......... Nobody is cuttin` eyes out of fish......... At least I sure as hell don`t.
