Finally have a chance to post from this past weekend.
We hit Greeny Saturday in search of FAT musky and came up with 1 smaller but thick tiger with beautiful colors. trolling. Got real windy by noon, got the bite at 9am.
Sunday me and Twitch hit splittrock resi on the Jon boat for bass.
we absolutely slammed them, 30+ fish, nothing too big tho. Bass were in classic pre-spawn locations.
MAN that access hill is rough, especially with a 12ft jon boat+ 2 batteries+trolling motor and all other equipment.
That place is beautiful, but the access is a STRUGGLE. Water is 100% full, and i did a before and after pic from June 2015 with the island. No trash laying around andy.
I wouldn't mind if the state threw some walleye in there and made it a great kayak car top walleye fishery ! not to mention ice fishing for them too.
