Here is a heartwarming great story from SSFFF:

This wonderful Lady who fished the Jersey Shore for almost 70 years ,along with her whole family felt so strongly about our mission that they elected to provide SSFFF with funding after her passing!

This generosity is a most humbling and touching tribute .

Mrs. Rusch will be fondly remembered as a wonderful mother and a master angler who consistently won the pool, no matter where or when the family fished together. Even in her last few years she would consistently out fish everyone aboard . We think it’s very important that the public knows that this fishing family, who for three generations have enjoyed our costal fishery is committed to giving back and helping to insure a healthy future for all of us to enjoy.
