Since you mentioned Urushiol, I'm guessing you may already know this, but Dawn is very good at removing the oil if you can do it before your skin starts reacting. It would probably work well on your waders but the process might be a PITA. You don't want to foam up the riffles just downstream of where you are.

There is a product called Tecnu that is a skin cleanser/wash for when you've been exposed, works well, but most homes have Dawn already on-hand.
