Delaware R. - Trenton
Last nite, I spoke to a few anglers @ The Old Wharf (fishing access @ Riverview Plaza).
They hadn't caught anything yet. But, the previous nite they caught & released a 40 lb striper (cut shad for bait) & foul hooked (& released) a good sized Shortnose Sturgeon. Showed me photos /video on their cellphones.
Also, got word that you can see Shortnose Sturgeon lining up to spawn, from the pedestrian walkway of the Calhoun St. Bridge, Trenton.
