Default Trout stockied sections open vs closed...

My original post got deleted. I guess if a stream/river has clearly defined limits - i.e. "Bridge A to Bridge B" - you can fish above and below there during the pre-season stocking period. This was not my interpretation nor that of some park rangers & WCO's I've had run ins with over the last 30 years. Anyhow it seems to be okay per Mark B. So go get your pike!
