and pls preach proper fish handleing before and throughout this contest...
I can just see guys keeping fish outta the water five minutes longer than they
normally would for their hero shots, just to get a good pic with a good look at the numbers....If proper handeling of any and ALL species waz somehow made mandatory (impossible , i think ) , than this would be the best rooster measuring idea i ever heard of....
If the percentage thing can be made exactly accurate per region of the world and or the country this thing could really take off !!!
