That's an interesting concept especially mixing together fresh and saltwater fish. That being said I would work with percentages in order to give some species and some anglers a fair chance.
Striped Bass at 95% in my opinion is a bit to high and should be lowered.
While walleye at 75% is a bit to low and should be higher.
Those two suggestions just came to mind while looking at species list. Overall I do like the idea of putting salt against fresh for some friendly competition and some bragging rights.
Also my understanding is that competition open to everyone and everywhere. Some species might not be available to others to target and should be taken into consideration as well.
