Thanks for all the advice. Most of the mentioned charters are out of San Juan, which is almost an hour away for us. I'd prefer to use someone local. Thinking of this one
www.787fishing.com. Benefit is he does both inshore and offshore, we can book a charter and decide the day before depending on weather and reports if we do inshore or offshore. Bringing the kids so will not go offshore unless ocean is flat.
